Thanks Melissa. As you know, my son on a trial of gluten and sugar free at the moment. We are in the symptoms no better / worse stage, so nice to hear (sorry) that you guys went through that w Benjamin. One thing I have noticed, Joel has SO much more colour in his face (could not possibly be imagining it – it is so different). I believe that his tummy is starting to absorb more nutrients. I am contemplating joining him on the sugar free. I also declined oral antibiotics for first time ever today. Probiotics are working overtime to fix my gut already, I don’t want to undo that again. Thanks for the inspo! You are a legend xx
Thanks, Melanie – so good to hear about Joel and things are a looking better (although not the primary symptoms just yet). It can take a couple of months for things to get out of your system too (I think effects of gluten can linger for 6 weeks?) and improving absorbtion after years of not can take a while too. Glad to hear his colour is improving. I feel so much better on sugar free – it can be hard going for the first 3 weeks but made easier by being prepared with snacks at home and out and about. Hope you#re feeling okay (whatever the reason for the offer of antibiotics). Mx
Supporting Health and Wellness thanks . I’m all good – still my stupid toe
Melanie oh no!!

Thanks for the thumbs up, Heather!
