Oh…. so many lessons learned along our journey with allergies and eczema. While gut health was a piece of the puzzle (read more about it HERE), there was a lot of growth and personal development on the way too.

Learning to listen to my gut, my intuition, my ‘mother’s instinct’ was a big lesson that came through loud and clear. Trust what I felt was right, and find the right people to support us on our journey. I share more about the early stages of our journey in the video below.
