Thanks Kat!
Good video Melissa! For us, in addition to a food diary, we also have a daily eczema body chart. We mark what type of medication is used and where. Since some of the creams needed to be weaned off over a few days, the chart is very useful in avoiding rebound and also in highlighting where the consistent trouble spots are. We also record the start and finish dates of each tube/tub of medication so we know how much cortisone or whatever active ingredients D has ‘absorbed’ into his body. All those info are frequently asked by his dermatologist and allergist and it’s good to have them handy when attending their appointments.
Absolutely – Great tip, Veronica. I was thinking this after I finished the video… anything used topically (medication or moisturiser or nothing). Thank you! Body chart is a great idea.
Essential for anyone who is on multiple meds with different dilution ratios and mediums (Straight, dilute with water, dilute with moisturizer etc etc).
Veronica Ching Absolutely! Such a juggle and impossible to remember it all without recording it in a diary.
