Our Eczema, Allergy and Asthma Journey

All you need is a blender, a variety of leafy greens, frozen fruit, and filtered water.
Fibre is really important in the gut health journey, and often we don’t include enough fibre-rich foods in our daily diet. It helps with keeping regular, keeping our gut health happy, and reducing inflammation and lessening symptoms of eczema, allergies and asthma. Fibre-rich diets also reduce the risk of getting cancer and other inflammation-induced diseases.
