Making some beautiful detox bath salts mixture here with a mix of salts and beautiful clays.
I’ve used Epsom Salts, Bicarb, Dead Sea Salts (purchased in bulk from Blants.com.au in Australia)
Clays – Bentonite Clay and Red Moroccan Clay (purchased from iherb.com)
Essential oils for skin that I have chosen today – Lavender, Geranium, Juniper Berry, Roman Chamomile – purchased from doTERRA (mydoterra.com/melissaessential – click on wholesale account to get 25% off retail prices).
Use a couple of tablespoons – 1 cup of this mixture into a warm bath… I also add a dash of jojoba or fractionated coconut oil to help disperse the essential oils in the bath.
Enjoy for 20 minutes (not too long!)
Ensure you drink plenty of water before and after your bath to help with clearing toxins and careful to not slip in the bath as you climb out.
Also can be enjoyed as a foot bath.
Wipe out bath with a clean and damp microfibre cloth (I love Enjo)

Megan McIntyre pleasure, Megan
Thank you for sharing the recipe. How long do the bath salts last in the container? Should you make just enough to use or can you store? xx
Great questions, Eam. They should last several months at least (we use them regularly so they don’t last long as we use them up) – as long as you close the container well to not allow moisture in. I make in bulk and store it for the few months ahead.
SupportingHealthandWellness thanks so much for your reply, could you please recap on the types of clay you use? xx
Absolutely Eam. I have used here – Bentonite Clay, and Red Moroccan Clay. The clays I have purchased off iherb.com. You can choose to use one or the other, or both.
Supporting Health and Wellness wonderful thank you xx
My pleasure!
Foot baths! Now that’s something might be more achievable (for me).
Absolutely, Denise! If this means it is actually a possibility and you get to enjoy the benefits of, it’s a great way to do it!
