oh the lemon balm tea is fabulous. I’ve mostly been having fresh lemon balm but I thought I’d prune it back so why waste the prunings!! Then I can have it all year around!
Love the dehydrator – great idea and much quicker! Don’t think I’d fit all the parsley in there though! LOL

Careful where you plant it… it is happy to spread! I can pot up some plants from my garden if you want any.

I don’t think I have ironed in 4 or 5 years
I dry my herbs in the dehydrator.
But now I want your lemon balm tea
