Dr Melissa Raymond, PhD – Message on the bottle: Optimising skincare and personal care products for better health

Dr Melissa Raymond is a self-confessed research nerd (with the PHD to prove it), dedicated mother, and Amazon best-seller. In a past life, she was a piano teacher and flautist, and though her future life remains a mystery, she’s sure to succeed at her next challenge, too.

Her present life is focused on Your Journey To Healing – a wellness system born of necessity, and designed to take the overwhelm out of managing your family’s health and guide you through the elimination of eczema, asthma, and other common (but worrisome-at-3am ailments).

After spending what felt like a million years trying to manage her own young son’s eczema, she hit on her formula for success, which she now gets great joy out of sharing. With her background in physiotherapy and with over 17 years spent in the medical field, she’s an authority on what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to navigating the health system.

Dr Melissa spends her days striking a balance between work and play; developing new courses and systems for parents just like her, and cheering on her two children as they construct LEGO worlds, endlessly throw a basketball at a hoop, and challenge their limits on the trampoline.

Megan Hamilton – Creating a healthy family through exercise

Megan is a Physiotherapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and mum of 3 young children. She has worked in the field of rehabilitation following traumatic brain injury and concussion for over 15 years.

Following the birth of her eldest daughter 9 years ago, Megan experienced the discomfort of ‘losing’ her previously fit and active body and instead finding herself suffering incontinence, split tummy muscles and a flabby stomach. This lead Megan on her own rehabilitation journey and to embracing Pilates. Megan loved both the Pilates method and the results that she got from it so much that she trained as a Pilates instructor herself.

She now combines her Pilates knowledge with her neurological Physiotherapy expertise and experiences from her own personal journey to help Mums exercise in a way that is safe, fun and gets results.

Martine Oglethorpe – Living well in a digital world

Martine Oglethorpe is a Digital Wellbeing and Online Safety speaker, author, educator and Trusted eSafety Provider with the Office of the eSafety Commission. She has a background in secondary education, a Masters in Counselling and most importantly, is mother to 5 boys.

Martine is a keynote speaker for parenting and education conferences, presents to parent groups, works regularly with students and provides professional development to teachers. Sharon King – Healing Your Birth Experience for You and Your Child

Sharon King is an international trainer of holistic and energy psychology techniques for transforming trauma and creating a more joyful and peaceful life. One of Sharon’s specialties is working with pre and perinatal birth trauma which led to becoming the author of Heal Your Birth, Heal Your Life: Tools to Transform Your Birth Experience and Create a Magical New Beginning. To date the book has been published in English, German, Romanian, Bulgarian and South Korean, with a Spanish version in the pipeline.

Sharon’s specialty is transforming your experience of giving birth or being born and any trauma associated with conception, pregnancy and birth. She also works with mothers-to-be to achieve a natural birth, infertility, supporting women going through IVF, adoption issues and helping to heal the wounds of losing a baby. Sharon travels the world sharing her knowledge and teaching other practitioners and birth professionals to do the same. 

Her training is extensive, with qualifications and experience pre and perinatal birth psychology, holistic healing modalities and creating her own; Birth Reimprinting and Light Matrix techniques, for transforming ancestral patterns, past life issues and finding your life purpose. 

Some of the current tools Sharon uses are EFT (Tapping), guided meditations and breathwork techniques, colour and sound healing frequencies. Sharon’s is currently living in beautiful Thailand and working towards a program for Parents-to-be to achieve a conscious conception, pregnancy and birth and new training programs for practitioners who would like to work with birth trauma.
