What is the best probiotic for eczema? You MUST watch this before you buy…
Have you heard of probiotics for eczema? It’s an approach to improve gut health, because impaired gut health is an issue in those with eczema (and allergies and a wide variety of other health conditions). Addressing gut health is one important way to heal eczema from the inside out, instead of continually focussing on creams and topical approaches. There’s a range of different probiotics on the market, and so it can get confusing. Is there a difference between them? What IS the best probiotic for eczema?
Gut health is a BIG piece of the puzzle when it comes to eczema and one way to improve your gut health is to nourish your gut and body with stocks and broths. This is a wonderful way to have better skin, soothe those allergies and asthma symptoms. If you’re new to gut health, no worries! Read more about it HERE.
Another way is to replenish the beneficial bacteria in the gut with live microorganisms that result in a specific health benefit – AKA, Probiotics. But before you spend your money on a bottle of probiotics (they’re often expensive), are there actually ones that can help eczema? What exactly does the research actually say?
